Achieving Your Fitness Goals with RA

Getting diagnosed with RA can be a very scaring time in your life. A time filled with questions and really not many answers.

I created This Sweaty Life as a safe space for those with RA to be able to come and find, hopefully, some of the answers to a few of your questions. To be able to have someone to go to with questions about how to not let your body deteriorate faster than at all possible. To strengthen and improve your body when possible and to learn that listening and respecting your body is the best thing you can do.

RA is an ever-changing disease in our bodies. We will have good days, bad days, good months, and bad months. Getting your body moving can help in so many ways. My goal in being here for you is to have unique ways of doing exercises that will help you avoid pain.
